Return Policy
We don't want to see you stuck with a part that is not right for your application, or that you no longer need. Β We issue refunds every day to make sure our customers have a positive purchase experience. Β All these are issued as refunds, we do not maintain store credits. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
However, for various policy, safety, and regulatory reasons, a small number of items are non-returnable for credit. Β These are normally noted on the product page and visible at the time of purchase. Β See our Returns Policy for full details on product returnability.
For orders where the item has been received is incorrect, defective or has been damaged in transit, we will pay return shipping and either replace the item or refund the amount paid, at the customer's discretion.
If the reason for the return is different, the customer is responsible for inbound and outbound shipping costs. Β Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable. Β For orders shipped free on our $99 Free Shipping offer, an amount may be deducted from your refund to cover outbound shipping costs if returned.
Special Orders are normally non-cancellable and non-returnable because a lot of additional work must be performed to obtain a special order part that is not ordered very often. Β If we are able to facilitate a special order return, you may have up to a 30% restocking fee deducted from your refund to cover manufacturer restocking fees and other associated costs.
Refunds can only be returned to the same method of payment that was originally used to pay for the order.
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping Offer
Free shipping applies to NEW product orders only. Used parts do not qualify for free shipping.
Orders qualify for our Free Shipping Offer only if the total value of eligible NEW items on a single order exceeds $99.00 before taxes. Multiple orders to the same address must each independently exceed the $99.00 threshold to qualify.
All free shipping items include shipment only via an economy ground service of our choosing, with a delivery standard of 1 to 9 days. You may have the option to upgrade to a faster paid service if delivery is required sooner.
Important exclusions and conditions:
Tailgate charges for LTL shipments (deliveries requiring liftgate service to residential or non-commercial locations) are not included and are the responsibility of the customer
Orders shipping outside the 48 contiguous US states or the 10 Canadian provinces do not qualify
Used parts are excluded from this offer regardless of order value
Items shipped free of charge and later returned will be subject to a restocking charge equal to the outbound shipping cost, unless the return is due to our error
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated
General Shipping Standards
Current shipping lead times are shown on each product page and are based on inventory location.
In most cases, we are able to ship in-stock NEW products the next business day for orders placed:
Before 4 PM Eastern Time (Monday to Thursday)
Before noon on Sunday for Monday processing
Any items showing shipping lead times greater than 1 to 2 business days will ship within the timeframe listed on the product page.
For multi-product orders:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the combined shipment weight
If items have different lead times, the order will not ship until all items are available
Special Order Items
Special order items are products that are not normally stocked and must be sourced directly from the manufacturer.
Average shipping lead time is approximately three weeks (but may vary)
Special orders cannot be cancelled once placed with the manufacturer
Please ensure the timeline works for your needs before purchasing
Back Orders
If an item becomes back-ordered due to a data or inventory error:
You will be notified with an estimated shipping date
You may cancel the affected item(s) without penalty prior to shipment
Credit Card Charging Policy
Your payment method is charged at the time of order so it can be released to our system for processing. This may occur a short time before the order ships.
For special orders, full prepayment is required regardless of lead time.
USA Shipments
Orders for US customers are shipped from one of multiple warehouses across the country.
Courier shipments are handled primarily through UPS
Larger items may ship via LTL freight carriers
Since shipments are domestic, no brokerage, customs, or duties apply
Customers are responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes
