Ryan T. on 05/07/2020	From the first call to RvPartshop.ca, I spoke to Richard. Very helpful, relaxed and willing to take the time to talk about the issue with my Dometic RM2662 fridge in our Airstream. Assisted with the diagnosis and not once felt like he was pushing for a sale. Ordered the Dinosaur replacement board, shipped very quickly, was able to track the progress and arrived in perfect shape. When I opened up the box to see the new board I was very impressed, especially when you put the Dometic next to the Dinosaur board, you can see the difference in the quality right away! One very very small thing I noticed was that the new Dinosaur board comes with the new case for mounting, it doesn't (or at least my version) didn't have a hole drilled in the new case for the grounding screw to go through. Not knowing if this was intentional or a design that no longer requires the ground screw, I called Dinosaur Electronics in Oregon, they answered and after about 30 seconds of talking to Joe there, he said that it was ok to go ahead and drill a hole there, being careful of the ground and that it wouldn't affect the warranty! All in all, I couldn't recommend this board enough. Problem solved! Fridge runs great on LP once again!!! Thank you RVPartshop.ca.
